Midwest Industrial Hygiene Consultants, LLC was formed in April 2005 by Erin Blankenberger, a Certified Industrial Hygienist with over 20 years of environmental health and safety experience.

In addition to a B.S. Degree in Biology, she is professionally certified through the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. She brings an extensive background in manufacturing, construction and environmental remediation safety management. She has additional experience in chemical laboratory management, chemical substance quality control plans and chemical data validation and testing.

She has developed hundreds of Health and Safety plans pursuant to 29 CFR 1910.120 regulations, served as a Project Manager for numerous remediation/sampling projects, and has written and co-authored many Health and Safety Programs as well.

Ms. Blankenberger has considerable experience in health and safety compliance auditing and health and safety record keeping and reporting. Her field work includes on-site H&S management, conducting facility health and safety compliance audits, designing sampling plans, and performing air and noise monitoring. She also has extensive knowledge about the structure and procedures of state and federal H&S regulations.
